These terms and conditions establish the conditions applicable when using the YU Bodrum platform. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Service Description

YU Bodrum provides the following services:

• Event reservation and management
• Venue reservation
• Ticket sales and management
• Customer service
• Notification and communication services

3. Account Creation and Usage

You need to create an account to use the platform:

• You are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for your account security
• You cannot transfer your account to others
• You are obligated to report suspicious activities

4. Reservation and Payment

The following rules apply when making reservations:

• Reservations require confirmation
• Your payment information is processed securely
• Cancellation policies may vary by event
• Deposit payments are required
• Payment methods are determined by the platform

5. Cancellation and Change Policy

Reservation cancellations and changes:

• Up to 24 hours before: Free cancellation
• Within 24 hours: 50% refund
• On event day: No refund
• Change requests are accepted up to 48 hours before
• Full refund in force majeure situations

6. User Responsibilities

You have the following responsibilities when using the platform:

• Comply with platform rules
• Respect the rights of other users
• Not provide misleading information
• Not threaten platform security
• Comply with legal regulations

7. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are prohibited:

• Activities that threaten platform security
• Spam and unwanted content
• Copyright violations
• Spreading misleading information
• Harassing other users
• Damaging platform infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform content and rights:

• Platform content belongs to YU Bodrum
• User content belongs to the user
• Copying and distributing content is prohibited
• Brand and logo use requires permission

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data:

• Processed in accordance with our privacy policy
• Protected under KVKK
• Stored securely
• Not shared with third parties (except with permission)

10. Liability Limitations

YU Bodrum's liability:

• Makes efforts to ensure service quality
• Does not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Is not liable for third-party services
• Is not liable for indirect damages
• Liability is limited by platform fees

11. Service Interruption

Platform interruptions:

• Interruption for maintenance and updates may occur
• Notification is provided in advance
• Instant interruptions may occur in emergency situations
• Damages resulting from interruptions are not compensated

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute:

• Negotiation is prioritized
• Arbitration may be involved if necessary
• The court path is open as a last resort
• Muğla courts are competent
• Turkish law is applied

13. Changes

These terms:

• Can be updated as needed
• Changes are announced in advance
• Continuing to use implies acceptance
• A separate approval is required for significant changes
